In comparison with last summer, there is a 12 percent increase in the number of children attending the municipal summer camp program “Dreamy Summer”, run by Raanana’s Supplementary Education Division.  Over 3,330 children and teens took part in the camps and enjoyed a rich innovative program, designed for a wide range of ages, allowing children and teens to find the right program for them during the long summer, as a continuation of the rich activity offered to the city’s children throughout the year.

Once again this year, there is a third session available at the end of the vacation called “Closing the Summer”, with a variety of activities:  children’s plays, musical performance, a magic show, ‘A Star is Born’ Young Talent Competition, drummers’ circle, rhythm workshop, acting and theater, stage acts, dancing/movement and singing, art, science, sports, pool, fun days, etc.

The camp is run at the New Community Center and also offers an afternoon daycare from 13:00 to 16:00.  Registration is open at Eshkol Hapayis, at Tel:  7742533 and on the website:  www.raanana.muni.il.
