: Free Admission for Raanana residents when presenting invitations distributed at Yad Labanim, the Lev Hapark Community Center and the Parks and Recreation Division
Before Rosh Hashanah, the Raanana Municipality will be holding its annual concert in honor of the holiday for the city’s residents. Performing at the concert will be artists Gali Atari, Shimon Bouskila and Limor Shapira, accompanied by the Raanana Symphonette, conducted by David Zeba. Also performing will be the Hebrew University Folk dancing Troupe directed by Shlomo Maman. The concert will be hosted by Shaika Levi (Hagashash Hachiver).
The festive event entitled “A Festival of Israeli Tempos from Wilensky Until Today” will include performances by many artists including: Gali Atari singing her hits “Valentino, “What You Like”, “A Song will Bring you Love”; Shimon Bouskila with his hits “You Are My Tomorrow”, “I Was in Heaven” and “Alash” in a duet with Sofran from the opera and Shaika Levi will sing “To the Wells”, “Friends” and “Finale Song”.
The festive concert will be held on Saturday night 4.9.10 at the Raanana Amphitheater at 21:00. Mayor Nahum Hofree and Deputy Mayor Ronit Weintraub (Culture, Youth and Leisure Division) will be in attendance.
Admission is free for Raanana residents who present their invitation, which may be picked up from August 15 at Yad Labanim, Lev Hapark Community Center and the Parks and Recreation Division. Invitations will be distributed upon presentation of your identification card.
