Motti Reznik is a resident of Raanana, a graduate of Dartmouth University in the U.S. with a major in economics.  He served for many years as a partner and manager in companies engaged in the construction industry and he was involved in many business ventures and projects in the field of residential and commercial construction and infrastructure.

The municipal company will engage in promoting projects for the benefit of the city’s residents and will serve as an important resource for urban development and the city’s development projects.

The company’s focus will be on fields of real estate and extensive public construction, where the first project will be the construction of the new city center.  The program includes the planning and construction of the city center compound:  expanding the Yad Labanim cultural center, structure for commerce, offices and parking structures.
