The Raanana Municipality is currently launching a new service, which will enable residents to receive secure bills and extensive information regarding the city’s activities and events, directly to their personal email inbox.

This step is part of the Raanana ‘Smart City’ and sustainable city vision that calls for improving services for its residents using up-to-date, accessible and available means for receiving information and services, using a variety of media channels in an accessible, secure, easy, available and user-friendly manner.

In the first stage, residents will only receive city tax bills (arnona) and later, they will be sent other bills using this channel.

Significance of the new service:  Residents, who currently pay their city tax bills by standing order, will receive an email with their paid bill receipts to their personal email address.  Moreover, residents will be able to receive their unpaid bills, sent to their email address.  Also to be sent by email will be a periodic newsletter regarding news and events in the city.  All you need to do is to fill out the application form for the service, sign it and bring it in, together with the identification card of the person signing the form (or a photocopy) to one of the registration stations.  The application can be found on the municipal website and also is available at any of the registration stations.
