: The youth division of the Department of Culture, Youth and Leisure is initiating a wealth of special events for young people throughout the city during the Passover vacation.
• The Hamartef Club will be open throughout the holiday, from March 19 to April 4, 2010, from 22:00 till 3:00.
• Saturday night, March 20, 2010 at 20:30: the Hamartef Club Unplugged: Young performers in an acoustic evening produced by Omri Spaget. Advance sale: NIS 10 At the door: NIS 20
• Sunday, March 21, 2010, 21:30: a screening of the movie Alice in Wonderland at the Park Cinema, Raanana - special screening for Raanana youngsters only, conditional on presenting a student card or identifying document. The number of places is limited. Tickets can be purchased at the box office on the day, from 16:00.
• Monday, March 22, 2010, 22:00: Metal night at the Hamartef Club Advance sale: NIS 10 At the door: NIS 20
• Tuesday-Wednesday, March 23-24, 2010: Passover trip for 9th – 12th grade students to Achziv
• Wednesday, March 24, 2010, 22:00: Karaoke night at the Hamartef Club - come and have fun, singing off key. Entrance free!
• Thursday, March 25, 2010, 20:00: Open stage in cooperation with Klei Zemer at the Hamartef Club - Young musicians are invited to come to listen and perform Cost: NIS 5
• Friday, April 1, 2010, 16:00: IBE international competition at the Hamartef Club: Hosted by the Break-dance Club. Young people are invited to participate. Price for the winner of first place: An airline ticket to represent Israel in the contest in Europe, from the Israeli Break-dance Association Advance sale: NIS 40 At the door: NIS 50
• Friday, April 2, 2010, 12 noon: Break-dance workshop with an instructor from abroad, at the Hamartef Club. Cost: NIS 120 For those purchasing tickets for the IBE contest and also for the break-dance workshop: only NIS 130.
• Saturday night, April 3, 2010, 20:30: Udi Haveri in a Mediterranean performance at the Hamartef Club: Udi Haveri’s songs include “Kama Esh” (How Much Fire). Advance sale: NIS 20 At the door: NIS 30
• Monday, April 5, 2010, 20:00: Celebrating the Mimouna at the municipal youth center in Gan Hanesi’im, in high-spirited Moroccan style. Entrance free to teenagers only!
