Hundreds of Raanana Municipality employees, city council members, students and residents came out to the city center to show their solidarity with the struggle to free Gilad Shalit, and as part of a national demonstration, called “The Five Minute Demonstration”, to represent the five years that Gilad has been in captivity. The demonstration was organized by the ‘Struggle to Free Gilad Shalit” Association.
